GP Resources and Referral Page

If you are having trouble finding the referral for the Gold Coast Primary Health Network.  We have attached the referral below to help make it easier for you to access one.  We can take Psychological Service referrals for Child Mental Health, Peri Natal, LGBTIQAP+ and Suicidal clients.

    Here you can upload a Referral to one of our Therapists who are on hand to assist with your patients. Otherwise you can refere via Medical Objects.

    We currently have a number of Therapist at our practice.

    Tania Lake, Psychologist (Clincal Registrar) - Child, Adolescent and Adult therapist.

    Milka Gagic, Clinical Psychologist - Child, Adolescent and Adult therapist.

    Cassandra Gist, Psychologist - Child, Adolescent and Adult therpist.  Cassandra also undertakes a number of Psychological assessments (ADHD, ASD, Learning disorders and Cognitive Assessments).

    Alice Day, Mental Health Accreditated Social Worker - Adults.

    Michelle Saluja, Psychologist - older adolescents and Adults.
