Sasha Dulnuan is a registered psychologist with 15 years experience working with clients of different ages and cultural backgrounds, ranging from adolescents to older adults presenting with a wide range of complex difficulties. Sasha is a naturally warm and engaging psychologist and is seeking to utilise her broad range of skills to work further with children.
Sasha has assisted clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, anger, grief and loss, self-esteem, communication difficulties, workplace issues, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Sasha has a special interest in working with clients with addictions and has worked within a drug and alcohol facility providing CBT counselling and delivering group programs. Sasha also has extensive experience working with long-term unemployment and concerns related to injury, illness or disability in which she can provide vocational counselling. Sasha is experienced with various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Strength based therapies. Sasha is non-judgemental in her approach and committed to providing a supportive environment that enhances emotional wellbeing and personal growth.
